Worse bank ever

Standard bank is literally the worst bank ever during a time of a pandemic they still taking advantages of their consumers and I will go on all my social media platforms to inform anyone and everyone of their pathetic service, the president announced banks will give relieve and payment holidays as a lot of jobs has become redundant die to this pandemic and people are searching for s****s to feed their families YET standard bank think they are above our very own president by making people believe they get payment holidays when they don't, it happened to my wife and a few several other people where she had to go 3 times out during a pandemic to sit and discuss this with their *********** call center staff who told her that it's not their problem if she doesn't have electricity or food to feed her kid and family after they still haven't sorted out her payment holiday... As it states on their damn website... I'm really ****ed off and furious as to how my wife has been with them for 15 years and still get thrown to the side like this, when she needs them the most.

Get your **** together standard bank, your bank is the only one that's conning people when all other banks have sorted their things out during this time that your country needs you...
