World Class Service!
Yesterday I contacted STD Bank and needed some financial guidance and assistance. I was helped by a very professional, friendly, intelligent young lady named Noloyiso Sakhela. She was patient and very accommodating. We could not resolve my query the same day (due to outstanding docs from my side) she explained to me what I needed and offered a call back today. She called me today and went beyond her duty to assist me. I would just like to comment her and STD Bank for the impacable World Class Service I received from Noloyiso.
