Wordst Bank Ever

I am so disgusted with the Standard Bank claims department and will adise all people never to take your insurance with Standard Bank as they are incompetant, unhelpful and does not care. Our house was damaged by a burst watehr pipe, and almost R200 000 damages to the building and they do not care how we run our pre school and about the kids and babies that need to stay with familie and friends. Standard bank get people wo care and are competent. No assessor as yet. After 3 weeks the contractor visited us and when you phone to find out what is going on you hod on for ever and we still sit with a pre school that you cant use because od sealings that is on the floors and tiles that lift, mildew start to grow. keep away from Standard Bank
