Woodmead Branch is inefficient

The Standard Bank Woodmead Branch needs to be closed, or the staff re-trained, or changed completely. It is the most inefficient bank branch,. Several times I have sat in the queue for close to an hour without being attended to. And you will see staff chatting to each other. I think a senior manager should do an "undercover boss" mission to this branch. Something isn't right. I have also seen complaints similar to mine on google reviews, where the branch is rated 1.9 out of 5.
