Wont help

Nr: ***. My bond has been approved in August 2013, rate offered was at prime 8.50% + 1.45% risk = 9.95%. I signed a fixed rate term at registration, that recently has been cancelled - with this in mind my new rate is now @ 11.70%. In the interim i have moved my accounts to STD bank, financed my vehicle at STD bank a overdraft that i use within limits. When my fixed rate expired my rate was adjusted and i contacted the call centre to request a relook at my rate because of my products that i have now with STD bank (and that i did not have when i initially took out my bond) this could be to my advantage having products at the bank for future rate requests - and i am sure my risk is not the same as in 2013 when i took out the bond - the call centre has informed me that there was nothing i could do to change my rate ? which i think is not acceptable due to the fact that my primary bank is STD bank - when i told the call centre that i have no choice to move my home loan to another bank the attitude was that will not stop me in doing so. i Would like request STD bank to contact me with directly and explain why with all of my products moved to you my bond account
