Wont give my money bac****

<p>i have paid a wrong amount into my acount that i dont use anymore i have an outstanding balance on this account and have a payment arrangement with them of wich im paying more and then, i by accident pay to much into this account mistakeing it for the loan account i am paying, i request my money back and now they refuse to pay it bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
