Wont give me access to my money

<p>I recently opened a new a account with standard bank so I asked from my money to be transferred from my old account which was also at standard bank to my new one but what happened is that they opened a new account didn't close the old one and left my money in the old account but made it unable for me to access money from my old account and my new account still has not received the transfer so I have no cash for a week now </p>
