Wonderful Wonderpark

Hi Team,

No offense but everyone dislikes going to an actual branch but I've got a good story to tell.

Went to Wonderpark branch 2 weekends ago and I was assisted by Thabang Mahlangu and wow, just wow! It was such a pleasure, I went to open 2 new accounts and her level of professionalism is top notch. She was interactive not someone just going through the motions. She was insightful, helpful and super friendly. Give her a raise or a promotion I tell you =)

Another compliment, her supervisor (assuming) came in and asked me to rate her out if 10 while she was helping me (she got a 12) but it just shows they value their clients and their experience.

Lastly as I'm also in sales, you have to know how to spit an opportunity and your team sure did. I was randomly asked who I'm insured which is not through STD Bank and was then asked if they could take my details and give it to their team so I can get a comparitive quote. Really smooth guys but from one sales person to another well done. Management should be proud of you.
