Wonderful when someone goes the extra mile

I was having problems with my home loan, and the only email address I had as a contact was Mohamed (who is actually in sales), Mohamed took it upon himself to get someone to help me, and even though it was not in his department at all, he did follow ups with me, corresponded with me, and treated me as if I am a VIP. I think Mohamed's service is the best I have had from any bank in any matter. He goes the extra mile and does an excellent job. Thanks Mohamed!
