Won't refund insurance debits for insurance i didn't sign up for?

<p>SB granted me a home loan, on sighn up i told the lawyers that i was not taking up ther credit life insurance as i had my own. I get debited an amount that included the quoted credit life insurance. i called home loan to request a refund they say can only get a refund when i send cession documents and filled in a cancellation form. how do i cancel something i ddnt take up? i send in the forms, 3 motnhs later i am stil being sent from pillar to pole evrytime i am told the matter has been escalated, today i follow up again only to be told i must speak to the credit life department and unsurprisingly they have "escalated" to the admin department- Why am i being forced to pay for a product that i do not need and did noyt ask for????????</p>
