Withdrawal / close loan application

In May 2015 I app**** for a loan online and a consultant by the name of Noloyiso Sakhela from STD Bank phoned to process my application via telephone. The loan was pre-approved and she said I needed to send her some documents and after 72 hours I can go to any STD Bank to collect my money. A couple of days later I phoned her and asked if I can get the money and she said no I cannot get the money because the credit department cannot get hold of my employers to confirm employment and if they call them 3 times and they don't get a reply they automatically decline the application. I then sent her the number for HR and asked her for feedback and I never received a reply or a call or letter in the post nothing from STD Bank or Noloyiso regarding the outcome of my application. On Wednesday I got a sms from STD Bank that my account is overdue! I don't have the money, I never received confirmation from the consultant that it was approved or that the credit department got hold of my employer. I want them to close the account as the consultant did not call or write to say it's been approved!
