WITHDRAWAL BUT NO MONEY

So I decided to withdraw 3000 from a standard bank ATM at carnival city and cash suppose to be released , ATM goes into a hanging which lasted for more than half hour as I requested security to stand by machine incase it was being jammed. I called the standard bank number out of stress and was advised dont stress cash will be back in account withing 24hours, so on Tuesday i phone again and consultant could see my account and i explained whole situation and call got cut due to my phone dying , this morning i call just to check if call was logged as all info was given , i was advised nothing was done still, so i proceeded to relog call.<br> This is the 2nd time this has happened to me via standard bank , and I have been a loyal customer all my life, however i am now removing myself from standard bank once my money gets reversed and I would like to point out the fact that i am not saying you are better then the other banks but the situation this has put me and also the fact that it takes 7 days and its your own atm is really very scary , i speak for all with this issue that you as a bank dont understand the importance of getting our money back much quicker and easier then this.
