Withdraw money or account

<p>On 29/10, we tried drawing funds at a STD Bank ATM,requested R1300, and received a error. Tried R1000, received the cash and then tried R300, which was also received. However my balance showed that a total of R2600 had been deducted.I called STD General enquiries, Mon 31/10 and was told the query would take 8-10 working days to resolve. i pointed out that i had debit orders which could be returned but was told unfortunately that this is a lengthy process and there was nothing to do but wait..On sat past, 12/11, i went to STD Grassy Park and was told my atm withdrawal limit is R1500 and it is evident there was a problem encountered on 29/10. was also told my query was out of SLA and that she would call me first thing Mon with feedback. i have tried on numerous occasions this morning to contact this lady at Grassy Park, but 20 minute waits with no answer is adding to my frustration. please help. not only are these atm's serviced daily, but from my time at std bank it was also balanced daily. how its taken loner than 2 weeks is anyones guess. shall i rather move my 3 std bank accounts elsewhere so i can get the service we all deserve? and still no call from GP or any communication....</p>
