withdraw from notice delosit acc

so I went to Eldorado park Standard bank to withdraw money from my notice deposit acc. the lady 'Letswalo, Zintle Z' <***> told me that the money will be in my acc on the 4th of may today is the 5th and still nothing. so icalled to ask what the problem is they say the withdrawal has never been made from standard bank, I need that money urgently. I am having endless problems with standard bank and I am now going to switch to another bank. ***
