With urgency

Hi

I need to escalate this case. I need an answer a lot quicker than the 23/3.

I need to take a payment holiday just for this month (End of Marchs payment) with the schools and aftercare closing, as well as my employer not being able to accommodate me (No work, no pay) , cant work from home, cant bring my son to work either. We just cant afford the bond with my salary. We have had this bond for 3 years and have never missed or been late on any payments and would really appreciate the assistance as this is something completely out of our control
