With Standard bank keeps billing no matter what

We all know Diners run by SBSA. Only this month did I notice my card expired in Feb 2020 and they have happily deducted R85 while they wait for me to decide if I want to stay on charge card or not… no service provided by for over 2 years deducted no follow up etc… now I wait in management to refund this cause I asked for my new card which I must accept in 24 hrs but they can take forever to respond. Clearly the FSCA needs to become involved then I will probably get my card fees and the interest which no doubt will not be what Standard bank made on it but some massaged average number. So tomorrow I open my FSCA case even if I receive the money this is unacceptable. They have scored significantly and I’m left funding their bonus…
