WITBANK HIGHVELD MALL BRANCH

STANDARD BANK WITBANK - HIGHVELD MALL

I am not sure what the deal is with the Standard Bank branch in Highveld Mall Witbank but, twice now I was turned away and sent to another branch.

Twice I tried to do a deposit and twice they said I must go to another branch.

The reason why I choose to go the bank in the mall is for that little extra added safety because the bank is not as exposed as some of the other banks.

This forces me to go to one of the other branches which leaves me with an uneasy feeling because of a previous incident.

The staff at the Highveld Mall branch is not helpful or friendly at all and it feels like going to Home Affairs rather than a bank.

This is pathetic to say the least.
