I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO A WILL WITH ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS MS RACHEL RAATS BUT ALWAYS SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO FINALIZE MY WILL SINCE 2020 OCTOBER 10 I SEND HER MESSAGE AND I RECEIVED AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO SAY SHE WE WILL BE BACK ON THE 10TH OCTOBER 2022 BUT TILL TODAY NO RESPONSE FROM HER .CAN YOU KINDLY ALLOCATE ME SOMEONE WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME IN THIS MATTER AND GET OVER DONE WITH IT.
