Will i ever get my money back

Since the 09:15:04 | Mon 18 Jan 16 i have not get any responds. How can i be caused of stilling my own money and been blamed that i have been irresponsible with my bank card. I went to the ATM like anyone else to take the money and i did not ask anyone to rob me. R10833.00 is a lot of money just to let it vanish in a thin air. The letter that was sent to me was compiled with all the points that i mentioned to all my reports and now it feels like my facts are been used against me to let my money go which i will not do. Please don't make an excuse this time that i was contacted on my old number as i change my contact number to ***. No one contacted me. I saved all that money for a good reason as i don't have a fancy job but i still managed to punish my self and save as much as i can. i wish i could have just saved my money at home as now i feel that Standard bank is not safe to bank with.
