Will and Testimony
I went to STD Campus Square on 12/06/2021 and spoke to a financial advisor named Abdul. He sounded very professional and said he will request my last will and testimony in order for me to review and edit it as he informed me that a trust fund for the minor will not be financially worth it and should opt for the will and correct the one I have with Std bank. The problem is I haven't heard of the financial advisor since that they, and cannot get through to std bank campus. With the unprecedented times we living in. I would like to put certain things in order but if you get service like this its unacceptable.

24 Jun 2021, 15:45I would just like to say thank you, Mr Abdul contacted me and we managed to discuss the matter further and are still in consultation which will be finalized soon. Above all the frustration of not getting hold of him. I can again mention he is professional and takes his time to explain all angles and do take a true interest in the clients he deals with and with exceptional customer service. Some of the encouraging words was not even part of his job description which I experienced even the day at the bank. I would like to retract from the previous review and maybe the frustration was more that I could not get hold of him and Mr Abdul waiting for the Will which was out of his control and me having to contact the call Centre.
