Why won't you cancel my Credit Card?

<p>I have tried to cancel my credit card to no avail.</p> <p>I am being billed monthly - and I do not know why.</p> <p>I went into a branch to cancel it, Irene, to be told my ID and PoR is not on file - How have I had an account for 10years+, taken a personal loan, opened up additional accounts without ANY of that?</p> <p>I called in, to be told that I can't cancel it because I have once again incurred a phantom charge that needs to be paid.</p> <p>I have made use of the secure message feature online to try and close this account and have gotten ZERO response.</p> <p>I am not in the country, I cannot go into a branch anymore and still these phantom amounts are being charged to me.</p> <p>It EXPIRED last year!</p> <p>I asked to cancel it LAST YEAR!</p> <p>How the heck did I even qualify for a CC if you don't even have a copy of my ID and PoR on file?</p> <p>I want this CC cancelled, and I want to be shown proof that I signed and AGREED to this monthly deduction.</p> <p> </p>
