Why was my debit order reversal not done in 24hrs

Called Standard Bank yesterday, a polite agent responded to my call.Requested for debit order reversal of MTN ******* who give themselves people's money.Why was is not reversed.So I should not go work with no transport money because the 24 hours you say is not true?Are you trying to be MTN?<br> Acc *** <br> <br> I wont blame the consultant but the back office is doing Kack
