why offer a service you're unable to forfill?

<p>Standard bank in Canal walk is the only standard bank that you can get your ID card processed with. However I've tried many many times. All goes well until I need to make payment. Then it throws up errors etc. </p> <p>why offer a service if it's useless? If this actually worked I would be a very happy client. </p> <p>It seems standard bank is not the bank of years back. Going backwards in service </p>
