Why is my RCP limit increase taking almost 2 weeks to be completed???!!!

I'm very unhappy with the level of service that I've received from you recently. I have been a client for years and I'm struggling to understand why a simple request is still not completed. On 2 Nov I requested a limit increase on my existing RCP via the app. I went through the entire process and couldn't review the document once the limit increase was approved so I called in. I called in on 2 Nov, 3 Nov, 4 Nov and 5 Nov yet the matter has not been resolved. On 3 Nov I emailed all the required documents and even went to the branch on 5 Nov. What the hell is going on? Why is no one taking ownership of this matter and resolving it? My previous RCP limit increases were a breeze and this one is just hell honestly. Please resolve asap and transfer the funds into my account.
