Why is it so difficult to find the trading hours

I am trying to find the trading hours of Standard bank near my area and it is such a mission. The internet search engines are producing no results and neither is the call centre. In fact the call centre is worse. You get to hold for long and I am calling using airtime which is expensive. The Signet Terrace branch number provided on the internet is not working.
