why fica again?
I opened my account with standard bank a month ago where I had to submit my id and address documents. Today I get a message, please submit your fica docs??? What is going to be different now today than a month ago?? Surely this is rediculous. Phone the call centre and they transfer you from one to the next.... what on earth???
