Why do I even have a private banker ???

To whom it may concern

I have just requested a settlement on a revolving personal loan with Sandard Bank since 2013 .

The settlement amount is for the exact amount of the loan balance.

Its logical that should i want to settle this now, that the loan amount should have a discounted rate of at least 20%. Which my logic tells me because they will get the outstanding amount immediately.

I am currently situated in Africa and am unable to make a telephone call, however i have spoken to my private banker via email who has not or is not willing to help me with revising this amount.. And just tells me that its what the system gives him. He has not spoken to anyone in a supervisory or management position.

To be honest I am disgusted with Sandard Bank and the way I am being treated.

I have a good mind in closing my account and moving my money to another bank.
