Why deduct without my authority

Standard Bank deducts a monthly amount for credit protection when I do not hold any credit with them. I have not authorised sch a deduction and I have repeatedly requested that the deduction be stopped and all previous deductions be returned, by personally visiting their branch or emailing them.<br> <br> Nobody at Standard Bank cares to respond. <br>
