Why can you not stick to an agreement ?

I've had endless hassles with my standard bank homeloan. I used to pay my homeloan via internet banking every month, and about a year ago decided to change it to a debit order - which never started going off, or in a sense it did go off ????? Let me explain: If I transfer the money manually into my homeload account, a debit order goes off my savings on the 1st - and then gets reversed immidiately - even though there is money to actually sitisfy the debit order. When I do not pay money into the account - no debit order is done - please explain the reasoning behind this. Everytime you do a reversal - you charge me an admin fee. Either do a proper debit order - without reversal, or leave me to pay manually - just fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!

And now it is a cae of the normal auto-reply to be assigned to a real clue-less call-agent resolution 'specialist'..........

And I am still waiting for a response from the 'resolution specialist' to confirm if my complaint has been adrressed or not - the usual we don't give a damn about our customers I think - looking at the lack of response !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
