Why can i not validate a STD Bank Account confirmation letter

I recently performed a forensic investigation around a **** Standard Bank account confirmation letter that was provided to a client.

As the money was paid into the wrong account, I told the client to validate the account letter that was provided. I told the client to go to the STD bank website to validate the account validation letter. I was told by the client, that they tried and could not find a place to validate the letter. I tried it myself, and could not find a place to validate a bank confirmation letter.

I AM SHOCKED! Standard Bank, with all the ***** happening why do you not have a place where a client can validate a bank account confirmation letter. WOW. im shocked that there is no place to validate a letter.

No wonder you have so many ***** cases.
