Why am I not suprised your poor service? Is this what you want to be known for.....

Here we are again, sin 16 January 2020 I have been calling and sending emails to try and resolve credit card issue. Executive complains have not responded to my emails. Today I decided to call Std bank to make arrangements for payments whive thr ***** case is being investigated further. I was given 3 different attorneys whom my file was sold to. All of them are saying my file was withdrawn by Std bank but Std bank have no clue where my file is. What a pathetic serc with poor system in place. Even if the file was sold you should be able to know who you sold it to and when. This is madness.
