WHO MAKES THE POLICY DECISIONS???

I need to make 4 duplicate payments to the same supplier from my Standard Bank account. TODAY! I did the first one and on the second one informed me that duplicate payments are not allowed on the same day!!! Why not?? Now I will have to get into my car and go to a branch and park and walk and queue and fill in deposit slips all because of what seems to be a pointless policy. If I were to inadvertently make a duplicate transfer on the same day surely a pop up box warning me that this is a duplicate and asking if I'm sure I want to continue would suffice? (***!!) Wednesday Thursday Friday would be better as thatt's not pensioner day full of senior citizens filling the parking lot and queuing at the bank at the mall !!!!???? I've now lost an hour trying to do this with other cards that I have and still the clever IT people have blocked me, more time lost on Hello Peter and I can now write off the morning at the branch...

My mind boggles that they have systems in place that allow phishers to ***** my money but I can't do a simple thing like this.
