Customer of mine in Botswana pays me money on the 9th. Out of his account at 10am on the 9th. Value date on instruction is the 9th. The funds will only come into my bank on the 11th !! Standard to Standard. I keep asking where does this money lie all the time ? NO ONE KNOWS ?????? Also been trying to change my phone number for 4 years with Standard !!!! Sent maybe 20 emails and 40 fourty phone calls !!!! Eish
