Who knows?

I was approached by MacRobert Attorneys last year on behalf of Standard Bank to do a payment arrangement on my credit card. The lady I dealt with was Beauty Mogale. Shortly after that arrangement was put into place they called me again to set-up and arrangement for the personal loan account to be paid as well. Again Beauty assisted me with this.

A couple of days ago I mailed her to ask her for a updated statements on the two accounts only to be told that they are not dealing with the accounts anymore.

I then contacted Standard Bank directly to ask for updated statements only to receive an email back stating that the debit was sold and ceded to some other company. Now my question is who the hell am I paying and where will I get statements. Why was the arrangements put into place in 2024 but the mail from Std Bank now states that the cessions were done in 2022 already.
