Who is banking? Me or you??

Two weeks ago I wanted to buy some bitcoin from a site called coinmama, it was declined even after I received the otp as to which I give authorization!!!!! My card was then blocked by standard bank, so I went in and spoke to some female consultant and she assisted me to getting my card working again. When I asked her why it was blocked, she said that there was a transaction pending from coinmama. Now I am going to ask you idiots.......why the **** do you send me and otp for me to authenticate the transaction of you restrict me to buy??????!!!!!!!! It is MY CHOICE to make PURCHASES as I see fit. Then you take it upon yourselves to block my card over something stupid like that. So the consultant advised me to use the virtual card as my account could be hacked, I did and it was declined yet again even with the otp to authorize the transaction. When I opened this acc I was told that I can purchase anything online and now you people pull this ****!!! I am upset about my card being blocked and I am not happy at all. Stop blocking my God damn card or I will take my money and bank somewhere else. Can you fúcking understand what I am saying???????!!!!!!!!!!!!
