Who get the payment holiday and how

I send the email to the credit care for the loan payment holiday no answer even now and the email I send it on the 1st of April 2020 what worries me is they are busy debiting my acc and one day they won't find money in my account and that will impact my credit score in a bad way. I'd like to know who gets this payment holiday and how?
