Which Part of 'We are NOT in Arrears does Sub-Standard Bank Not Understand???'

At least 1 payment is being made to my husband's credit card each month - more than the requested minimum payment. Yet, every single month, we get a call to say 'your card is in arrears,' and every single month we have to fight tooth and nail to get it sorted out. It seems like the ass doesn't know what the elbow is doing at Standard Bank's Credit Card Division. How can a card be in arrears when payments were made on 19 March, 2 April and 13 May - all for amounts far exceeding the minimum payment required. I seriously don't know how a company that is so useless can still be in business.

In addition, employees at the Card Division now refuse to supply reference numbers for calls, claiming that 'we must use their name as a reference number.' Um...yes, about that...what if there is more than one person working there with the same name? Seems like Sub-Standard bank could teach its employees a heck of a lot when it comes to customer service.
