Where's my rebate?
I changed my pricing option of my Elite Banking Cheque Card from Fixed monthly service/management fee to the Rebate option on 31 January 2015 at the Wonderpark branch. Since then I've never received any Rebates even though I've kept my account over the R10k minimum. Why is this? Where are my Rebates?
