Where's my money?

I've stopped wasting my time phoning about queries because nothing ever works, so.... Our house sale was registered to the new owners on 10 March. There was a balance in credit on my Home Loan after the attorneys cleared the bond. The amount was just over R24,000. I called Home Loans and was told that this would be paid into my account. When the amount was paid, it was just over R15,000. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REST? Standard Bank are the biggest damn ******* in the Banking industry and I'm sick of it.
