Where is the salary?

My husband gets paid on the last day of the month. Money was transfered at 3pm on Saturday. Today is the 2nd - it still hasn't cleared. I have contacted the Bank namely Sim Tshabalala, Nicole Kirkwood and Simon Dagout but I guess they are still drinking coffee. A salary is supposed to show immediately. We have now exceeded our overdraft despite not using the card (bank charges or some such) - we are late paying our rent, cellphones, DSTV etc. We live in the 21st century yet when it suits the bank the money lurks back in 1960 or thereabouts. We get the bad names for late payment and then the same bank uses this as an excuse to not extend vehicle finance etc. You cannot win. we eventually got an over-payment back and Standard Bank had the ***** to tell the banking ombudsman that the amount was a good will payment. I am so glad that by giving me me my own money back it qualifies as good will. Please, stop the posing and the big words and the condescending emails and do your job. We have stuff to do and I would rather be on good terms with people to whom I owe money
