Where is standard bank?

If I could give Standard Bank personal lending a 5 💩 rating I would because your service STINKS!! I've had a customer assist loan with Standard Bank personal lending department for over 8 years. In this time I NEVER received any communication or statements from them. I had to fight to just get a simple statement. I pay and pay and pay and pay. I missed a payment last year August due to financial issues and sent an email in the same month requesting a payment arrangement. I then paid half of the outstanding payment the next month and sent a POP and NO RESPONSE. I STILL HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, IT'S APRIL 2024. I received an email in January stating they listed me on ITC for the outstanding installment and thus LISTED ME INCORRECTLY!! I've sent mail after mail but NO FEEDBACK. I want to pay the outstanding but still no one gets back to me!! When you phone no one knows who to connect me with. Customer assist loan or personal lending???? Does anyone work at Standard Bank, I've had better service with SA Government!! Now my ITC is affected due to their absolute INCOMPETENCE!!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME SORT THIS OUT???????
