Where is our refund?

We have placed ourselves under Debt Review, and our Debt Counsellor provided Standard Bank with all the documents. Standard Bank confirmed via email the cancellations of the debit orders. At the end of August, beginning of September the debit orders were still deducted, and we had to go to the bank to reverse the debit orders. Then out of the blue, Standard Bank \transferred"money to themselves"
