Where is my Title Deeds?????

My extended bond was approved end of May, but the bond attorneys have not yet received the title deeds, therefore I am still waiting for the money. They claim to have contacted the M & P escalations department in Simmons Street on numerous occasions, but no response. Is Standard Bank serious about its customers? This is absolutely disgusting. If you lost my Title Deeds, then supply a new one, but don't keep me waiting any longer. Reference number ***and Bond account number ***.
