Where did all the money go?

It would appear that Standard Bank are dabbling in their own version of "State capture". A credit card which was finalised in 2016. Two further deposits of R1000 each, which shows up on every ATM slip. Now times are tough. That R2000 can do more good as a working amount instead of just sitting there. Tried on Saturday morning and eventually gave up. Spoke to personal banker this morning. She claims not to be able to see it at all. Went into Northgate. They can see the amount but can do nothing as it has "gone to legal". Norman Bissett seem to have forgotten about the settlement which was done six months ago. Somebody has messed up badly however nobody wants to admit to it. Standard Bank are very vocal about how concerned they are about their clients. There is no point in having a "personal banker". She is supposed to look after the interests of her clients not just absolve herself of responsibility when she cannot see something on the system. The fact that a sundry member of staff could see it but not a personal banker is also worrying. Then of course we get into the arena of ***** and who should have said what to whom and it just goes around and around. If this is happening to one client how many others are also being conned? and how many people are just paying amounts to Norman Bissett - never receiving a statement but just paying because they are afraid of not doing so. Jump around Standard Bank.
