Where are my renewal cards

<p>I simply cannot describe the inefficiency of your call centre, for the past week I've been contacting you, at times holding for over 20 mins then dropping the call due to frustration and my patience running out</p> <p> </p> <p>I need assistance with my renewal cards, I got an sms to say it's at the Piketberg branch - how it got there heaven's know. I'm in Cape Town my branch is Promenade I want it to be sent to Longstreet Capetown-</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone please contact me - and please don't respond with your generic automated response!!! </p>
