Where are my mother's documents?

During early 2014 I made a request that my 3 daughters are signatories to my accounts. We consulted the Menlyn Square branch and was advised how we should go about this. Being based in the North West I went into my branch and signed all the forms as required. The forms reached Menlyn Square
