When will you help

As I write this review I am extremely frustrated as my mom is sick going to the doctor as I write. It has been 5 years going for 6 waiting for standard bank to get finished with my late father's estate, I fail to understand why you are giving employees that seem to be *********** such cases to handle if we don't get emails saying no the signature are not the same or there is a document that we need to sign every 3 months that we ddnt sign it's something similar to that, 5 years 10 month to get letter of authority for mother come on standard bank. Ok what must she eat? what has see been eating for the past 5 years.? I just hope she will survive this stress you are putting her under. I pray I do not loose her too as she is the only parent I am left with. "You say let our professional and competent stuff help you " where are they ?5 years 10 months. she is 70 years old. Will she finally get help when she is 80?
