whats wrong with this bank

This is the second time I take to this site to report a very bad and slow service with Standard Bank.<br> I wrote two comments before, I got a response only for the second one and I start having a conversation with someone by email, I thought he will help me, but the last time I heard from him was more than a week ago and there is charges and interest on my account, Ive sent emails and secure messages and still no one is getting back to me, I can simply forget about whatever I have with standard bank and take to the court for this
