What's the point of having a private banker - Siya Makgalifa ???

Yesterday i emailed my private banker, Siya Makgalifa to assist me with my vehicle finance. I got a response that he needed my Drivers license and bank statement. I waited for further instructions and followed up with an email where i got no response. i then send another email this morning and to date there is no response. He is never helpful in all the times i needed his assistance and always delayed.

To speed up the process, i called into the Private banking call centre and a pleasant women, Rosemary Van Zyl assisted me with sending me all the documents which i needed to complete. I got more support and accurate information from a total stranger than my own private banker.

Siya, what is the purpose of having a private banker when you cannot assist and i have to resort to dealing with the call centre???
