WHAT THE HELL??

I am behind with my payments on my loan with them and they must debit me at the start of the month. I made that arrangement with them. They say they would deduct if funds come into the account however no funds are coming in and they just debit random dates. And now it is running up my overdraft on my standard bank account. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE FEES THAT HAVE OCURRED WHEN IT BOUNCED ON WHAT WAS NOT AGREED ON! I EXCPECT TO BE CONTACTED. I'M SICK IF THIS. YOUR MAKING MY **** EVEN BIGGER WITH YOUR INCOMPETENCE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER ALL THIS TIME
